The gentleman showed up clean. he put drops down to protect my floor in front of the fireplace, he swept it from the top and bottom. he made no mess( that was my biggest concern)he sucked up all the ash with his vaccuum .He answered all my questions. Andrew answered all my questions, he let me know why i had a leaky fireplace and how to fix it. I had him do the work. the price was good qaulity and knowledge was good. the value was good
