Bay Auto Body

Bay Auto Body must be under new management or something as my experience was completely different. They did an excellent job of fixing my car, handled the insurance company only sending half of the money required to fix it and even detailed it for me! I'm very pleased with their work. They made my ten year old car look new! Highly recommended.

I've been taking my car to Bay Auto since I got my first car. It was an older model and I took it to these guys for repair after repair. They made an honest mistake that ended up costing me well over $2,000 in the end. When the problem came up, not only was I treated poorly but spoken to in a most unprofessional manor by the owner of the business. No problems were dealt with and I wasn't able to get a single word in. I will never take my car back to these people and I urge anyone who sees this to avoid these scumbags.

Took them 9 weeks to repair my car and surely it should have been in perfect condition, only to bring it to another auto body shop for an appraisal for $1100 in additional damages they didn't fix. At least 1 component that they said they replaced (and in turn were paid for) was not replaced. They made no outbound calls to me, so I'd check in every few weeks with them. I didn't feel they cared about me as a customer. My car looks ok, but I've had problems with it since and they haven't really taken responsibility for fixing. I would go elsewhere.
